Product Returns

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Lithuanian civil law, you have the right to return an unsuitable or unwanted product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.

Returned items must be:
  - unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition;
  - in original, clean packaging;
  - in the same complete set as received.

To return an item, please email info@amona.eu, stating the order number and reason for return.
Items may be returned by courier or in person to: Telšių str. 5, Plungė, LT-90162.

If the product is of good quality, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
If the product is defective, all costs are covered by the seller.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation of return. At the buyer’s request, the amount may be kept as store credit for a future purchase.
